Located in the historic Goodyear Tract, The Beehive is a Black-owned dynamic venue dedicated to providing opportunities for small businesses and organizations to grow and creating a vibrant space for creators, innovators, and leaders to gather, create, and celebrate innovation, talent, culture, and diversity. Since its establishment in 2019, The Beehive – dubbed “LA’s cultural hub” – has become renowned for its beautiful space and energetic atmosphere, attracting community members, organizational leaders, political figures, and celebrities alike.

Outdoor Areas
Main Courtyard
Notable features of our 20,000 square foot Main Courtyard include our Honeycomb sculpture, hexagon fountain, and sustainable landscaping. We’ve ensured that our grass stays green all year round by implementing artificial turf grass. Even on the sunniest days, shade can be found under our complimentary umbrellas. In the evening, our water fountain’s underwater lights can be programmed to change colors. Navigating the campus is a breeze, thanks to strategically placed lamp posts that offer ample illumination for your convenience and safety.
West Courtyard
From community events to concerts, marketplaces to company parties, your guests are sure to be impressed by our 12,000 square foot beautiful, breezy oasis in the heart of South LA. Amenities include load-in access and convenient bench seating. Our West Courtyard can be rented separately from our Main Courtyard or in tandem, connected by a breezeway.
Indoor Areas
SoLa Technology and Entrepreneurship Center
Home of the Technology and Entrepreneurship Center, this is a 13,000 square foot, red-brick warehouse with stunning architecture and state-of-the-art technology. This spacious center, with an open floor plan, is available to rent for workshops, community events, parties, and photoshoots.
The Tech Center features a Mac Lab with 22 brand new iMacs, a large video wall, 4 old-school arcade games, a kitchenette, and bathrooms. Our East Courtyard is available to be rented separately or in addition to this space.
The Radian
With 6,305 Square Feet, the Radian incorporates the ideal fusion of indoor and outdoor elements and can cater to any ambiance. Explore the convenience of our top-notch kitchen area at the rear, designed to cater to your culinary aspirations or serve as a practical storage hub. Our preinstalled fairy lights offer a comfortable ambiance after dark.
The Depot Warehouse
At 15,000 square feet, The Depot is the perfect backdrop to accommodate large indoor galas, conferences (for up to 500 participants), corporate retreats, workshops, concerts, indoor markets, photo and film shoots. The incredible warehouse windows add plenty of natural light and lots of character to this unique space. With is 20’ x 20’ LED screen and state-of-the-art AV equipment, this can be used for presentations and interactive visuals, and even movie nights! Our lush West Courtyard is available to rent alongside this space.
The Mezzanine
With 2,000 square feet, the Mezzanine is a beautiful space overlooking the Depot with the surrounding windows offering an abundance of natural lighting. This exceptional space is thoughtfully furnished, featuring a cozy lounge area and a conveniently built-in bar. Versatile in its functionality, this space can serve as a VIP retreat or an inviting, intimate lounge area for various purposes.
